Account Verification SMS Consent Flow

Program Description

Forcefield sends account-related text messages only for the Forcefield Account Verification SMS Program. Messages are limited to one-time verification and login codes requested by the user during sign up, sign in, or phone verification. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.

How Users Opt In

1. The user opens the Forcefield iOS app.
2. The user enters a mobile phone number during sign up, sign in, or phone verification.
3. The user taps the button to request a verification code.
4. Forcefield sends a one-time SMS code only in direct response to that request.

Call to Action

The user-facing call to action is the in-app request to receive a verification code for account access. By requesting the code, the user is asking Forcefield to send a one-time authentication SMS to the provided number.
